Their mission revolves around enhancing methane productivity from biogas plants and delivering robust solutions for anaerobic digestion.

ADTechOptima's core solutions aim to significantly enhance methane productivity and operational stability of anaerobic digesters. One key product facilitates the operation of digesters at remarkably high organic loading rates, achieving up to 21 kg volatile solids/m³/day, with a short hydraulic retention time of merely 7.5 days, all while maintaining over 75% volatile solids reduction. This capability directly translates into substantially increased energy output and revenue potential for bioenergy facilities.

Furthermore, ADTechOptima offers a bespoke product designed to rapidly revive acidified digesters, a common and costly issue that leads to inhibited gas production and prolonged downtime. This solution can restore full productivity in less than three weeks, drastically reducing financial losses associated with operational interruptions. They also provide an ultra-low energy sanitization process technology. This innovative method functions at the same temperature as an associated mesophilic methanogenic digester, achieving up to an 8 log10 kill of marker pathogens, thereby making more energy available for sale by reducing the diversion of biogas for feedstock or digestate treatment.
