This robust backing enables Parliament Energy to efficiently construct and operate significant renewable energy projects.

A key initiative for Parliament Energy is the Parliament Solar project, a substantial solar power generation facility located in Southeast Texas, specifically Waller County. This project is designed to address the increasing energy demands of Texas, a state experiencing rapid population and industrial growth. Parliament Solar contributes significantly to the state's "all of the above" energy supply approach by harnessing solar power, one of the cleanest, most abundant, reliable, and low-cost energy sources available.

The Parliament Solar project is poised to deliver substantial benefits, both environmentally and economically. Annually, it is projected to produce approximately 1,100 GWh of solar energy, sufficient to power about 140,000 Texas homes. Beyond energy production, the project is a significant economic driver for Waller County, expected to generate over $35 million in county tax revenues and an additional $7.5 million in supplemental payments to the Waller Independent School District over a 35-year period. Furthermore, the construction phase is anticipated to create more than 300 jobs, with at least five full-time positions becoming operational thereafter, contributing to local employment and community services.

By diversifying Texas's energy portfolio with solar power, Parliament Energy, through projects like Parliament Solar, helps reduce peak demand stress on the state’s power grid and enhances American energy independence by decreasing reliance on foreign energy sources.
