As the nation's first fellowship for entrepreneurial scientists, Activate provides comprehensive support, including critical mindsets, essential skills, extensive networks, and vital resources, empowering scientists to launch impactful ventures. The organization's flagship fellowship program has been instrumental in bridging the gap between scientific innovation and real-world application, particularly across the energy, manufacturing, and agriculture sectors.

Through Activate Innovation Labs, the organization has significantly expanded its model to offer the most comprehensive programming available, supporting science entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. This holistic approach ensures that transformative ideas, often conceived in academic or research settings, successfully scale into tangible impact. Over its decade of operation, Activate has supported 294 fellows who have launched 236 ventures, collectively raising over $4 billion in follow-on funding and creating approximately 3,000 jobs. With a robust presence across national communities and an expanding global footprint, including a new fellowship in Singapore, Activate is committed to fostering a vibrant ecosystem where scientific leadership drives significant societal and industrial advancements.
