Common questions

How do I claim my listing?: Go to claim a listing and sign in with an email at your company's own domain. If the domains match we verify you automatically; otherwise a person reviews it.
Does verification cost anything?: No. Verification is free and cannot be purchased. Paid plans only affect placement and lead priority.
How do I cancel a paid plan?: Open your dashboard and use Manage billing. You keep the plan through the period you already paid for.
How are quote requests handled?: A homeowner's request goes to at most 3 verified installers covering their state. If nobody covers the area, we tell them honestly and share their details with no one.
Something about my listing is wrong.: Claim it to edit it directly, or message us below. See methodology for where the data came from.
How do I request deletion of my data?: Message us below or email the address in our privacy policy.
