Advanced Energy Group (AEG) operates as a dynamic, competitive stakeholder engagement platform dedicated to accelerating clean energy and equity goals within select cities and vulnerable regions. Supported by over 50 public and private organizations and leaders, AEG facilitates a collaborative environment where decarbonization efforts extend beyond mere metrics, directly addressing critical issues such as public health, social justice, and economic resilience. The organization believes that achieving these goals significantly contributes to saving lives and preventing widespread suffering.

AEG's core activity revolves around its Stakeholder Challenge, a structured, three-part competition held quarterly in major U.S. cities like Boston, Chicago, New York, and Washington D.C., with an annual focus on the Caribbean region. This challenge serves as a catalyst for constructive collaboration, allowing stakeholders to identify and prioritize significant obstacles hindering the clean energy transformation and social equity.

The platform is designed to develop practical, 12-month solutions, complemented by quarterly milestones to ensure accountability and progress. These solutions are then implemented through the dedicated efforts of cross-sector, volunteer task forces. By fostering systemic change through a team-based approach, AEG aims to deliver tangible advancements in health, energy, and prosperity, effectively transforming ambitious sustainability commitments into breakthrough results for communities worldwide.
