This acquired facility, located in Pililia, Rizal, is a substantial 650 MW oil-fired power plant comprising two generating units: Malaya One (300 MW) and Malaya Two (350 MW). While the Malaya Plant undergoes rehabilitation, BPC is also actively commissioning an additional 180 MW of Gas Turbines and a 60 MW BESS within the same compound, showcasing a comprehensive approach to both conventional and flexible power generation.
