Center for Analysis and Development of Effective Policies

The Center for Analysis and Development of Effective Policies (CADEP) is a non-governmental think tank established in 2024. It was founded by a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to creating new, more effective policies designed to align Ukraine with EU norms and rules, thereby fostering the country's long-term, effective development.

Our team members bring extensive experience in public policy development and analysis across various sectors. They possess significant expertise in providing scientific and expert support for the formulation of management decisions, alongside practical experience in engaging with governmental bodies, research institutions, and educational organizations. This collective experience has enabled CADEP to build a robust network of contacts within various government agencies, facilitating not only policy development but also effective dialogue with key stakeholders regarding policy implementation.

CADEP is committed to bridging the gap between Ukrainian and European management practices. This is achieved through the development of modern and impactful policies that support Ukraine's European integration process and enhance the nation's resilience in diverse areas. We leverage our knowledge in public policy analysis, thoroughly studying international best practices and synthesizing them into actionable proposals designed to help Ukraine cultivate a more efficient and successful society. The primary focus areas for the Center include information policy, protection of citizens' rights, cybersecurity, and modern digital technologies.
