The Clean Energy Fund of the Carolinas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the clean energy economy in North and South Carolina. We collaborate closely with local governments, community organizations, small businesses and like-minded financial institutions to make clean energy investments more accessible and affordable for all Carolinians. By filling financing gaps and building a collaborative ecosystem of lenders and partners, CEFC empowers homeowners, small businesses and community organizations with affordable financing for energy improvements that deliver comfort, resilience and long-term savings. Together, we’re not just supporting clean energy adoption — we’re making it possible for more Carolinians to invest in upgrades that lower costs, strengthen communities and create clean energy that wouldn’t otherwise exist.
