The Green Career Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to preparing underrepresented youth for green careers within the burgeoning green economy. The organization specifically focuses on supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, newcomers, and women, working by and for these groups to foster equitable, accessible, and transparent social and environmental employment opportunities.

Its core initiatives include hosting green career events that connect aspiring professionals with employers and industry leaders. The Centre also conducts innovative participatory and community-centered research to identify needs and opportunities within the green sector. Furthermore, it develops and curates useful and impactful resources designed to empower its community members in their career journeys. Through these efforts, the Green Career Centre aims to bridge critical gaps, enabling young people to explore and develop as future leaders in sustainable industries.
