Established in 2011 by Mark and Pauline O’Rourke, the company has grown significantly, boasting a team of over 100 employees and managing 150 subcontractors daily, supported by a fleet of over 50 vehicles.

From its headquarters in Castlebellingham, Co. Louth, and an additional office in Sandyford, Dublin, M&P Mechanical provides comprehensive design, supply, installation, and maintenance services. Their extensive expertise covers a wide array of mechanical systems, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, district heating, water services, plant fit-outs, refurbishments, and process systems. In 2019, the company further enhanced its offerings by establishing a dedicated Servicing & Maintenance Division, which provides 24/7 call-out support and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal system performance for clients.
