Their solid polymer electrolyte eliminates the need for high pressure and liquid components, functions effectively at room temperature, and maintains stability with cutting-edge materials. This approach significantly enhances battery safety, increases energy density, and reduces overall costs.

The company's unique technological advancements enable the production of solid-state pouch cells using standard Li-ion manufacturing equipment, making their advanced solutions a near-term reality. Nuvvon's materials are flame-resistant, flexible for efficient roll-to-roll production processes, and possess high mechanical strength to resist dendrite penetration, ensuring robust performance and safety. Currently, Nuvvon is producing and offering 1Ah and 5Ah commercial-grade prototype cells for analysis, with plans to introduce 20Ah cells in Q4 2025.
