Rapid Rail oversees urban rail services, including three Light Rail Transit (LRT) networks (Ampang/Sri Petaling, Kelana Jaya, and the developing Shah Alam Line), the KL Monorail system, and two Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) lines (Kajang Line and Putrajaya Line). These rail operations encompass 149 stations across a total span of 205 kilometers, demonstrating a substantial operational footprint in rail infrastructure and associated power systems for traction, signaling, and station facilities.

Rapid Bus manages comprehensive stage bus services across key regions such as Klang Valley, Penang, and Kuantan, branded as Rapid KL, Rapid Penang, and Rapid Kuantan. The company also operates Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) services in Bandar Sunway and vital feeder bus routes connecting to LRT and MRT stations, enhancing first and last-mile connectivity. Beyond direct transport operations, Prasarana provides management and engineering consultancy services, engages in commercial and transit-oriented development projects, and undertakes crucial public transport infrastructure initiatives both domestically and internationally, contributing to the nation's energy-efficient transit solutions.
