At the core of Remedium's technology are two key innovations: Limeloop, a novel calcium-based sorbent, and the Carbon Capture Heat Battery, an innovative carbon capture process. Limeloop significantly enhances carbon capture efficiency and cost, capable of capturing 36 times more CO₂ over its lifetime than natural limestone. This proprietary sorbent forms the foundation for highly effective CO₂ removal from industrial emissions.

The Carbon Capture Heat Battery further reduces the cost of carbon capture by over 80%. This is achieved by creating an additional revenue stream through monetizing fluctuations in electricity prices to provide high-temperature process heat 24/7. An additional significant advantage of Remedium's solution is its waste-free nature; once the Limeloop sorbent reaches the end of its lifecycle, it can be sustainably reused in cement clinker production, offering a highly circular and sustainable solution for cement decarbonization.
