Beyond MSCL technology, Geotek offers cabinet-based X-Ray machines (XCT) for acquiring high-resolution 2D radiographs and 3D computer tomography (CT) scans, specifically designed for geological samples. Their product portfolio also includes BoxScan, a field-deployable multi-sensor core and chip box scanner for photography, pXRF, VNIR/SWIR, and geotechnical parameters, alongside Hyperspectral Imaging platforms for mineral classification and quantified distribution maps. Core Imaging systems further enhance their analytical capabilities, achieving resolutions up to 1000 pixels per cm.

Geotek provides comprehensive core logging services, available at their UK laboratory in Daventry or through mobile containerized laboratories for field deployment, enabling near real-time data acquisition. A particular focus is on methane hydrate, with integrated services encompassing wireline coring (conventional and pressure coring) and specialized pressure core handling and analysis using their Pressure Core Analysis and Transfer System (PCATS) and PCATS Triaxial system. These systems maintain in-situ pressures during detailed analysis and advanced mechanical testing.
