Building on its origins as Masterair Services, initially focused on air handling maintenance, Mastertech Group has significantly expanded its capabilities and scope. A pivotal management buyout in 2015 spurred a period of rapid growth, leading to the establishment of dedicated M&E and MEP Projects Divisions. This evolution was driven by a steadfast commitment to technical excellence and continuous investment in its professional team, equipping technicians with broad, multi-disciplinary expertise through internal apprenticeship and training programs.

In response to the increasing demand for energy efficiency and environmental responsibility, Mastertech Group launched Mastertech Sustainable Solutions in 2023.
