Metrus bundles various energy efficiency and clean energy measures, such as HVAC systems, LED lighting, boilers, chillers, central plant systems, and solar installations, into a single, simplified, turnkey contract. This integrated approach ensures that clients benefit from lower energy costs, reduced utility expenses, and significant greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions, while Metrus assumes the project performance risk.

With a 15-year track record, Metrus Energy has successfully retrofitted 943 buildings, upgrading 36 million total square feet of properties and achieving 2.1 billion kWh in energy savings. These efforts have resulted in 796,203 metric tons of CO2 saved, demonstrating their commitment to sparking decarbonization at scale.
